AF IS LATE!!!

So me and my fiancé have been ttc for about 2 years now. I have always had irregular cycles but at the end of last year they became more regular and I got a cycle every month for the last four months. Earlier in the year (2017) I was diagnosed with PCOS. Long story short after seeing my cycles were coming more regularly I started tracking them. On the day before I was supposed ovulate I had some cramping in my lower left side. Af was due on 1/9 and she is 2 days late. Two days prior to her arrival I got what I thought was the beginning of my cycle it was some pink discharge that lasted only for that night. I also have tender/ sore nipples. But I was thinking that af was in the way so that’s normal. I have been having some cramping since the beginning of this month (again associated it with the coming of af.) a couple of days after I ovulated I got some nausea(no vomiting). I just want to know could I be pregnant? I have wanted this for so long. I’m scared to go and buy a test because I’m scared to get disappointed. Has anyone else had this happen to them and they found out they were pregnant? You
