Oof I really need help with relationships

Ok so I’m 13 years old and I’m bisexual. I currently like one girl I was already in a relationship with previously but we broke up due to bullying. I really want to get back together with her but I don’t really want to ask her. We recently just started rekindling our friendship and we’re trying to become better friends. I honestly don’t know how to approach this.
