Have you continued an exercise routine during pregnancy?

I was a “runner” (by that I mean 2-mile-a-day runner- nothing too extreme). Due to working so much, pregnancy, and COLD, 5 degree weather, I have sadly stopped exercising since around 15 weeks. I went for a walk yesterday since it was nice and am seriously sore after walking just a mile. Has anyone kept up with an exercise routine? If so, how long will you try to stick with it?

Also- what is your weight gain thus far? I am 26 weeks today and have gained 21 pounds! 😒
