Am I just being overly sensitive.

I am currently 14 wks and 3 days preggo. This morning I had to take my sister in law who is my husband's brother's wife to work. Since it is her first day, she didn't have a badge but she was able to wait in a little wait area until the trainer comes. Right after dropping her off I had my OB appt. I rushed to my appt but luckily I got there a tad bit early. After my appt, I received 2 missed call from the husband. I initially thought that maybe he was calling to ask how the appt went. Instead, he asked if I left my sis n law outside in the snowing cold. I told him that I would never do that to someone and I saw her go and wait in the wait area. It is sheltered and she was not out in the cold. After that we hung up. While my drive to work, I called him back because I was so hurt that he didn't ask about me or our baby. He never even mentioned how anything went. I slashed out over the phone crying hysterically and accusing him of being more concerned about someone else's wife than his own. I wouldn't have been so hurt and upset if he would've just mentioned how the appt went. He didn't say anything over the phone at all. I then just told him to have a good day and hung up. Was I over reacting a little bit? How would any of you have handled this situation? I really just need to vent.
