Would you throw them away?

I used to live in a very humid house that required a dehumidifier because the air didn’t circulate correctly. It was so humid and wet all the time. Everyday all year round. It was disgusting. Everything in the house including my clothes reaked of mold. Now I’ve moved and being in the desert everything is super dry and I don’t have the humidity problem thankfully. I have probably over 100 tampons in a Tupperware drawer from my old humid house. I’ve heard of tampons growing black mold......should I throw these tampons away to be safe......? We had black mold issues......
