can spotting be black?
So I've been spotting for almost a week, its usually red or sometimes brownish. But today its black. Is that normal? also how long is too long to just be spotting?

I'm in my 20s. I have very irregular periods, my last one was in Sept. I'm not pregnant, never have been.
