PCOS treatment

I just found out I have PCOS and was prescribed birth control. Reason being that I am about to go to Korea to be with my husband (he's in the army) and I can't do fertility treatment here in the states. My question is, is there no natural solutions to PCOS? Or perhaps a medication to help me ovulate that doesn't need to be monitored by a doctor? I want to continue to try for a baby, so I dont want to take birth control, but I don't want my PCOS to get worse either. Please help!
