Anyone else struggling with this? This is my second pregnancy. I guess I had it during my first pregnancy but it didn’t cause me too much trouble. With this pregnancy I noticed because when the baby would kick in the center/top of my belly it hurts sooooo bad! I saw my midwife today and she measured a 6cm gap in my abdominal wall 😫. Just the idea makes me cringe! She referred me to physical therapy so I’m hoping they can help me strengthen my core so it doesn’t get worse. I am so much more achy and sore with this pregnancy, just feels like I’m falling apart. Ha. Glad there is less than 2 months left!!
