how long do u ovalute, mine detects for green 7 days? how long is it really, any advice?

You only ovulate once generally and the egg survives for 12-24 hours. What the ovulation tests pick up though is your LH surges which comes prior - and can be longer or shorter and you can also have multiple surges a month

You can ovulate at a different time each month even if you’re fairly regular. Only way to know is using OPKs and tracking BBT. The app will guess but it can’t predict accurately without a lot of history and additional data

what if ur period is in regular, us it possible to ovulate different times every month? I just started actually paying close attention to this app? whst can i do to help the process of having a child.

You ovulate 1 day, but sperm has the ability to live in you for a few days so if you have sex up to 3 or 4 days before you ovulate you still have the chance of getting pregnant. It shows a 7 day fertile window for ovulation because of that, and because the app doesn't know the exact day you ovulate but if you take an ovulation test or take your temperature every day you'll have a better idea of when exactly you do ovulate

You would have to actively track your temp every day to know what your normal is, but I believe it slightly dips lower right before you ovulate

what temp does it have to be? The best one do u know? So u saying this app aint right on the fertile days
