ok totally off baby topics but you guys give out good advice, so i sold my car 6 months ago, the lady i sold it to ended up ripping me off 100 bucks but whatever i let it slide. when i got home today i got a sheriffs letter saying that car was in a hit and run and that the lady never registered the car. that same day when i sold it i transferred it over to her name thru the dmv website. but i guess the info she gave me was false, so thats why they reached out to me. help! i dont want any legal problems.
