God and a sex life?

Im a very devoted catholic. I also really enjoy sex. God loves all his children, and forgives all. But does this hinder my relationship with God?

I don’t believe sex has anything to do with a persons relationship with God. I’m Catholic and not married and not a virgin, but I don’t believe that makes me any less than the person who waits till marriage, God has a plan for us all with different paths and lessons to learn.

It does cause God has commanded you not to do it. It's not ok but we're all sinners, make it right by asking Jesus for forgiveness and truly cleansing your heart, this does not mean that you can do it and turn back around again over and over saying oh forgive me. Instead Pray to Jesus asking him to help you with this drive. The Lord is your strength and your shield don't forget that. If you still struggle seek Biblical Counseling. I'll keep you and so many others in my prayers. btw I'm only 13. so you can see God can give you spiritual wisdom that is beyond your years when you give Him your heart and grow you relationship with Him. God forgives but you shouldnt deliberately disobey Him. I think you know in your heart that sex outside of marriage isn't accepted by the church, you should reconcile in the sacrament of confession. Of course, as humans we are tempted and sometimes fail, we sin.  We need to repent and promise to not fall again, God will forgive us if he sees true remorse. I absolutely love the messages Emily Wilson gives to young women, watch her on YouTube (she's Catholic). She touches on sex, virtue, relationships, dreams and other topics women need to hear about.
