Darker OPK closer to supposed period?

I started taking OPK tests to find a pattern, and I already ovulated on 12/31. The top 3 pics are from 7-9 dpo and they look about the same to me. But why is it darker at 11 dpo (bottom pic)? Shouldn't they stay the same until around ovulation??

That’s normal. You will always have LH in your system and it depends on how concentrated your urine is. Also, it’s normal for test to sometimes be darker closer to your period. However, it is true you can get a positive OPK, indicating pregnancy, but it’s most likely you’ll get a positive hpt by then as well. So if you take an hpt and it’s negative, then what you’re seeing is probably normal and not an indication of pregnancy (yet). I honestly wouldn’t read in to OPKs when it comes to testing for pregnancy because you just never really know 🤷🏻‍♀️
