Heartbroken!

I had my first ultrasound two days ago and was dated three earlier than I should have been. I had a blood test yesterday because I was worried and found out today that my hCG levels are dropping!!! I will miscarry this pregnancy!

I miscarried in April last year with my first pregnancy!

I'm feeling so numb and broken! I've had no bleeding or cramping, they have told me I just have to wait for it to happen!

I thought my first miscarriage was hard, I feel even more heartbroken than I could have possibly imagined!
