Irregular, fertility difficulty, but I am fine?

Question

I was on birth control for almost 10 years before going off last year. I went to my doctor yesterday to review the lab results and the ultrasound I had last week. She said I’m fine. Everything looks great. I almost wish she had found something to explain my irregular periods and why I am not pregnant yet!

I'm also super irregular. Stopped birth control on September and still no AF. So frustrating. I went to the doctor about a month and a half ago told me everything was fine. 
Super frustrated because I'm trying to get Prego and still nothing. Unfortunately I can't start on clomid until a year of trying. 
The wait is killing me.
Currently taking pregprep an over the counter vitamins. On my second month. Hopefully these pills will help!
