Sister-in-law is also pregnant! Need advice!
So I just found out that my husbands sister is also pregnant and due just a few days before me! We're SO thrilled to be sharing this time together and of course that our little ones will almost be twin cousins, even though we live halfway across the world from each other.
For some reason, one thing that immediately came to mind was the unlikely and unfortunate potential of us accidentally choosing the same name. I know for a fact they won't reveal the sex or name before birth, and we're planning to announce sex, but not name. As remote a possibility as this may be, what happens if we choose the same name and only find out a few days before the other gives birth?? We don't have a name picked out yet, but once we do would it be tacky to talk this over with her? Like, "fyi here's the name, don't tell anyone and don't accidentally pick the same one"? Or just pick a backup name and hope for the best? Or am I worrying about nothing?
