Even if you have a titled uterus normally it becomes upright as your progress in pregnancy and the uterus stretches. My uterus was titled as well.

According to my Dr. my uterus is slightly tilted back. This was taken at 23 weeks.

I haven’t been told I have a tilted uterus but sometimes I think I do. First picture is 22 weeks and second picture is 26 weeks
