Prenatal workouts

Before getting pregnant I had gained a lot of weight due to typical things work, stress, etc. I’m no longer working and pretty sedentary during the day other than typical Mom stuff cleaning the house, tending to 5 yr old and husband. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have gained more weight than expected. And yes, I’m well aware that food intake has a lot to do with weight gain, with that being said I’ve been more conscious about caloric intake. Does anyone suggest workouts that can be started to maybe lose a little weight or maintain and not gain?
