I am 20 years old. I am currently living with my parents. (I will soon be in Florida but my boyfriend lives in my home town) so my parents disapprove of him and after a long five months of fighting I am able to go on dates with him. We’ve been intimate before, but now that my parents know that I am with him when ever we get intimate my anxiety goes through the roof because I start to worry about my parents getting angry with me by doing the one thing they don’t want me to do (have sex with him)

The anxiety gets so bad that we stop everything, but my bf gets upset with me for letting my parents control our relationship. I feel like I’m constantly struggling with myself on what is the right thing to do.

Has anyone gone through anything similar to this? Any forms of advise on how to get over the anxiety? I’ve tried counseling but it is no longer available to me.
