Experiencing lower back pains 😔

It’s not a cramping pain more of a pressure pain
Can’t see my Doctor until the end of this month
I’m afraid to take anymore pain killers 🤦🏾♀️
Do you know any type of medicine that’ll work for the pain ?
I tried Tylenol and Advil,
