Mine did. Blood pressure was normal, along with everything else. I cut out all salt and drank a ton of water. Soon it went away after getting a sitting recommendation for work from my doctor. I just had circulation issues.

It could be a little soon for you to show swelling,  but I also know that as a first time mom I am hypersensitive to any changes my body makes.  Check with your doctor to make sure it's not pre-eclampsia or anything to be safe.
