hey ladies. I gave birth to an amazing little girl five days ago and delivered vaginally. I needed one stitch, smooth birth mostly. however for the last two days I've been getting increasing dizzy spells where I often have to lean against something. I'm still bleeding dark red, but since it's only five days I'm not sure that's a concern. I haven't noticed a definite increase of blood loss, so I don't think that has anything to do with it. the dizzy spells are usually accompanied by a quiet sloshing sound in my ears. it sounds like ice water in a styrofoam cup and my vision goes out of focus for a second.

I'll be calling the doctor tomorrow to set up an appointment Monday if the issue continues, but I'll have family over tomorrow so it'll be too busy to have an appointment then. so basically I want to know if anyone else has experienced this and is it normal??
