Anyone ever had the stomach flu??
Its the third day ive thought Ive had the stomach flu. I havent vomitted yet but i feel like i could, im very nauseous and dehydrated. I keep getting pain on the sides and in the lower of my stomach, on top of diarrhea. But i can still get up and walk around, i went to the movie last night but i still have all these symptoms. Do i really have the stomach flu if im not in bed all day or on the toilet all the time dying?
