guesses on Ramzi Theory and subchoronic hemmorhaging

First picture is a regular ultrasound and the second is an internal ultrasound. Any guesses on what I may be having??? Also after going to the hospital due to cramping and being dehydrated due to terrible all day sickness constantly, they ran tests and did this u/s and the doctor came to me and said I am having some subchoronic hemmorhaging (bleeding between the uterus and placenta) and there is a chance I will miscarry. I did see my babies heartbeat for the first time and was beyond ecstatic but hearing this news has me very scared, upset and afraid. anyone ever go through this??? Also, I would love to hear guesses using the Ramzi Theory on what I may be having.
