Subchronic hematoma. Anyone else had this?

I have a mmc in march at 11wks 5days. I have been having pain but no vaginal bleeding (thank god!) the doctor sent me straight to hospital suspecting ectopic pregnancy. I was 5 weeks 6 days. I have a scan and we saw a sac and yolk sac but no baby. The consultant assure me that everything looked as it should for my dates as the baby is too small to be seen. She the noticed a small bleed in my uterus. She said its completely normal and is no need for concern. I am going back on 25th for another scan as a check up to make sure baby is still okay and hopefully the bleed will gone-she said my body should absorb it. Has anyone else had this?
