How to start?
Hi all!
So my daughter is now 4 months old & I need to start getting back into shape before I go back to work in 3 months time (physically demanding job).
The issue I have is that cardio doesn't make me feel great (heart issues), and the nearest gym/PT is over 90km away.
So how do I start losing the baby fat & develop my fitness/muscle in a healthy way? Any go-to resources? Must-have equipment?
