Pumping breast milk and going back to work?

I’m a dental hygienist and absolutely love my job, my family and partner don’t think I should go back to work after bub is born but I’m afraid if If I don’t go back till baby’s in school I will loose a lot of dental skills. I’m thinking of going back after say 3/6 months haven’t fully decided yet. I am definitely going to breast feed but once I go back to work I’m going to have to pump so bub can be fed at day care. Any other mums do this while working? Is it to stressful? I’m afraid I won’t be able to for some reason pump enough and I want to avoid formula at all costs. Thank you in advance!
