Please help...

I had an ultrasound at 14 1/2 and the tech said it’s a boy. I was really shocked because I thought for sure it was a girl. My firstborn was a boy and I felt completely different with him. Anyways, I’ve read that so early on both genders can look the same. I need your opinions. It looks like a winky to me but I’ve seen a lot of girl ultrasounds where it looks very similar.
