Big baby ?

I had a growth scan today(29 weeks) & my baby girl is measuring 3lbs 5oz. Do you think she’ll be on the larger side ?

Do not listen to hospitals when they tell you estimate baby weights I was told my baby was measuring small and I got to 40 weeks and they kept saying he is still only 5lbs blah blah blah and refused to induce me till I was 42weeks plus 2 days and he came out almost 9lbs! They then admitted that they really can’t tell baby weight same thing happened with my Neighbour... she was in slow labour for 3 weeks and they wanted to induce her at 37 weeks and said he was ready and he was looking like an 8lbs baby well she went herself that night and he was 5lbs! So don’t be freaking out your baby will be perfect what ever weight he decided to come out at :) wen he’s fully cooked he will make an appearance:)

Those scans are notoriously off. They were wrong with both my I mother kiddos. Said the first would be 9lbs, she was 7lbs 8oz at 39+6. Second baby they scheduled an induction (that I skipped 💁🏼‍♀️) because they said he would easily be 11lbs and I wouldn’t physically be able to birth him. He was 9lbs 6oz and came out just fine I didn’t even tear. So for this one I take thier guestimations with a grain of salt 🤷🏼‍♀️

My baby was measuring 3lbs 2oz at 32 weeks 😳 they told me she was around the 16th percentile which is small

My boy was 3 pounds 11 ounces at 29 weeks last week. 😱 The good news is you have a lot of control through your diet and exercise on how much they gain from here. I'm trying to watch my simple carbs and walk a little more but as of now the doctor says his growth curve puts him around 9 pounds. I don't want to push out 9 pounds of baby lol.

At my 28 week scan my baby was predicted at weighing 3lbs 5 oz then at my next scan at 31 weeks she was 4lbs 13 oz and they are saying she will be over 9 pounds at birth! I’ve read lots online and I’ve not found one person where the baby has weighed more- thy are usually a pound or too less then their estimations so fingers crossed! I’ve got another 7 weeks to term though so I don’t know yet!

Give it some time. 
Baby was 3lb 4oz at my 30W and I went back at 33W and he was 4lb 4 oz. 
I was worried but doctors told me it was perfectly normal
