Is this just baby acne? I just noticed it today. It doesn’t seem to bother her.

Baby acne can be a little red. All white spots are milia which are different. Make sure to wipe the baby clean after feedings.

"Baby acne" is in the face & doesn't appear red it appears mostly white & much smaller. This looks like hives from some sort of allergy.
