Can you get your period and be pregnant?!

I've been off BC for three months now, my boyfriend and I haven't used condoms. And last month I was 12 days late, all the pregnancy tests were negative and this month I'm 11 days late. I took a test on day 5, and it was negative. I've only been cramping. Is this being late due to getting of BC or can I be pregnant?! Please help! 💕
