My pelvic area has been in pain for weeks now! Sleeping is the absolute worst. Turning in bed hurts, getting out of bed hurts, walking for more than maybe 30 minutes hurts. I also have stairs in my house so going up and down too many times in a row hurts. Anyone on here had this? What did your doctors recommend?

Im 31 weeks and haven’t seen my doctor in 6 weeks because of being out of town and then we had a bad snow storm, I have an appt this week to see her but I just wondered if there’s anything I can do to help before then!
