trouble breathing normal?

31 weeks. trouble breathing when I sit or lay down. is that normal? should I tell my doctor about it Wednesday?

Absolutely normal! I definitely suggest getting an exercise ball (they're like 8 bucks at Walmart) whenever I'm feeling short of breath i sit on it and it helps me maintain my posture while giving baby room to move and me room to breathe!

Same. It’s from the pressure baby is putting on our lungs. I stand up from a chair and feel winded haha.
