Can you lower increased sex drive from pregnancy?

my sex drive has gotten crazy. it's honestly problematic. is there any way to lower this?
(besides physically taking care of it like every hour lol)

It's all the hormones. I was having vivid dreams every night and woke up several times to orgasming in my sleep! Try going for a walk or doing a pregnancy workout (there are several apps with exercises).

honestly just focus it somewhere else. I'm getting to that point and the best I can do is take warm baths and relax. it's all the hormones in your body multiplying with my first it was way worse. with baby number 2 it's easier to think of other things cause I have a 1 and a half year old.
