Cosmetologist help needed asap!!!!
Recently had my hair a dark brown and did a bleach to go back blonde knowing it was going to turn a copper color but now that copper won't come out even with toner. Someone please help its terrible looking . I usually go to the salon but didn't have the funds this round .
