Can anyone help

I took two test Monday both positive started bleeding yesterday during sex went to the er blood test was positive but levels low they said possible miscarriage they don't know come back in two days to test levels also I have uti which I heard can cause bleeding haven't had clots but it's heavy like a period I'm scared to death and miserable idk what to think and I have no stomach cramps just a lot if lower back pain anyone know of anything similar
