Naming my kids after a couple?

Is it weird to name my kids after two characters who are a couple in the show? The names are Spencer (girl) and Toby (boy), I just love the names so much but is it too weird?

It's fine. Hispanic people name their kids José & María all the time. (OK, I actually do find that kinda odd.... Especially when naming our child Jesús... why do we do that? It's like setting the kid up for failure!) Anyway, the point being, if people can name their children Mary & Jospeh, you can do Toby & Spencer. No problem!

I think you’re good ;) a few of us will get the reference and smile but they’re good names. A relative of mine named her son Ezra Fitzgerald and THAT I thought was toooo much. Lol.

Lol I actually was in love with the name Charlotte before the show and well... binged it all with my ma and sister and they told me I definitely can't use that name :D We ended up going with Evelyn because my fiance super loves that name and I do too. But I wouldn't say it's weird. For my boy name I'm keeping Raylan in my back pocket. Like Raylan Givens from Justified.
