I’m on cycle day 20. I’m in my fertile week. I BDed on the 3rd. I’m not due for AF until the 30th. Last period ended on the 1st. What do you think this is? I’ve had cramps but not bad. Just a little dull ache.

If you're not due your period until the 30th and you're in your fertile week this is definitely not implantation bleeding. It is very likely to be ovulation bleeding.
Implantation occurs between 6-12dpo. You can't have implantation without first ovulating, you can't have implantation bleeding without implanting.
It's too early for implantation.
