Is this my sign?!?

My SO and I have been ttc since Oct. I stopped bc but hadn't gotten my period back 😣😣 my doctor had me on 100mg progesterone for 12 days to induce a bleed but no such luck. No Bfp trust me ive checked. So now I'm in 1mg estradiol for the month then 200mg progesterone for the last 10 days to hopefully bleed and get my body to get my cycles back....ANYWAY I was on vacation with my family the past week and when we got back to my dad's there was a package for me. Mind you I live in a different state than my dad (New Hampshire he lives in ct) for the past 3.5 years and changed my address years ago. We come home to this package for me... it was a free sample with coupons. I never ordered it or have any idea how anything in my name would be delivered to my dad's. This is my sign that my turn is coming right?!?! I'm not crazy
