I am very troubled about this situation. I am very much underpaid, but I love my job. Lately I have been doing an enormous amount of work, coming home late and it is really bothering me. About 6 months ago I asked if there would be an opportunity for a promotion, in hopes of getting a raise. I haven’t heard anything, and I’m starting to feel I can’t continue this work with my pay. I know I have earned a raise, and I do deserve it. My fear is not getting the raise I deserve. Do I quit a job I truly enjoy? I really feel I’m being taken advantage of. How much is too much to ask for?? Help...
