First regular Period off NuvaRING!!!

Today my period came on the exact day it was supposed to :) I just stopped my nuvaRING back in November and since then it hasn't been regular, up until now!!! Hoping this month for a BFP for my fourth child. I suffered 2 miscarriages but that was before my second child. Does anyone know how long it takes for birth controll to get out of your system? Does my regular period mean that it's out my system?
