Miscarriage!?!?

Okay so i was due for a period December 25th and it didn’t show up until January 10th well January 13 i went to leave the restroom and felt a gush and looked down & it was shaped like a fetus i didn’t think too much of it so i wrapped it up and threw it away i just figured it was a clot or just something normal .well before i start i was testing up until i had a period and have faint positives and they’re on my page some where . Well I’m about to head to the hospital to see if this was actually a miscarriage and wanted more opinions before i headed there
