Is it possible to still be pregnant even though you got your period?

the period flow is heavy and there's clots, it came a couple of days before it was due bc it was induced. This is probably a stupid question but I'm just really stressed

Periods = uterine lining shedding
You cannot shed ur uterine lining while you are pregnant
So yes, it’s impossible. You can spot throughout your pregnancy if I’m not mistaken, but you cannot get your period.

an actual period yes bc a period is when the whole uterine lining sheds (as in where an embryo implants would be gone). breakthrough bleeding can happen during pregnancy and be mistaken for a period, also it isn't considered normal so definitly get checked by a doctor if you are having that problem.

My aunt had her period up until she was 5-months and didn’t even know. She always had a lighter flow and nothing was abnormal.  Very weird.
