SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

This pic isn't that clear...but do u guys see these rashy/dry patches? should I be worried?he had his baby acne which seem to clear up...I'm using hurts bees on him... the baby collection...it cleared his face, but his forehead area and now this on his belly..and scant amount on his arms and under neck...what is it? don't look like baby acne to me...

Wipe with warm water and apply breast milk. It’ll clear up overnight due to the antibiotics and antioxidants in the milk. My baby had extreme eczema and this was the only thing that worked quickly.

My son had something similar on his legs. We used Eucerine baby for eczema during the day and Aquaphor for baby at night. It cleared in 3-4 days
