Traveling with baby

My dad wants my son and I to come see him, he lives out of state. My son is about to be 7 months old. Not sure when we’d go but he’s looking to do it ASAP. It makes me pretty nervous traveling with a baby honestly. I usually don’t have a problem flying, I did fly when I was pregnant. But now that he’s here it’s different. What are some tips about flying with a baby? And how you get everything together such as a stroller, and a pac n play if possible.
