Hey guys, my best friend lives with her mum but goes to her dads every second weekend, lately she has been telling me that her dad has been really abusive over the phone to her and her mum. She keeps telling me that she is getting really scared To go over to her dads house because he has random mood swings. She doesn’t know what to do, she can overwrite him, but she likes to be around him when he is in a good mood ( this doesn’t happen very often ). But then again she is scared that he is going to start going from abusive words to abusive actions.

I’m like the only person she trusts and I don’t know what to say to help her... plz help me and her out
