When to do a pregnancy test?

Im due my period in 5 days, did a clear blue pregnany test today and it came back negitive. Gutted!!, was sure I was pregnant this time (tingeling breasts & sore nipples, tiredness, cramping, nonstop hunger). This feels like its never going to happen.

I've been reading about when to take a test because I should have started my cycle today and basically they say from 1 day to a week after your missed period, if you are 5 days from your expected period I think you tested too soon, try again closer to your period days, good luck I hope it works out for you
