Pill and pregnant???

I'm on the pill and I missed my period. This has never happened to me before... a few days before I started my "period week" I started spotting and I thought BC fucked up and my period came early. But nope it was light brown and pink and when my period week came AF was MIA. I took pregnancy test on Thursday and got a negative. Could I still be pregnant? I've never missed my period before

I’ve missed a few periods from being on the pill. Or I get them but they are just super super light like your photo. It just randomly happens every now and then. I don’t think it’s bad or anything to be concerned about. Are you a very active person? I work out quite a bit and I know that can lighten periods to the point if not having them too.

Are you under any stress? Sometimes that can mess things up, or if you have been sick and taking other medication. BC is not 100% so it can be possible.
