NERVOUS

So my husband and I decided to have sex for the first time after having my baby 7 weeks pp. however this was the NIGHT before getting my iud put in. We did not use protection as I was not expecting to be able to handle the pain (I tore really badly) but we ended up doing it and of course in the moment all we decided was that my husband would pull out so nothing would happen. When I went to get my iud put in I was honest with the dr and told him i had sex and he said well to make sure you aren't pregnant we will take a test. But a test wouldnt even show if I was already pregnant. It would have been too soon. But then he put the iud in and now I'm just kinda nervous?? I probably have nothing to worry about but I know you're super fertile after giving birth sooo. Idk what would happen since I have the iud now.
