I am so scared to go to my first ultrasound tomorrow. I'm so scared nothing will be there or something will be wrong. I'm somewhere between 7 weeks and 9. We don't know for sure until the ultrasound because I got the positive right after I stopped bleeding. But by my actual period I'm 7+1 at a minimum. What should be there ? Can I hear the heart beat ?
