Exercise during 2ww? (Updated, I got an answer from my nurse)
So, I’m not a gym rat. I rarely work out. I joined a gym after thanksgiving and started taking classes. I haven’t been in a month though! Is it maybe not a smart move to do vigorous work or classes during my two week wait? I’ve been ttc for a year, no luck yet. I’ve read it can be good to kind of take it easy during the 2ww. Thoughts?
Edit: I asked my nurse about it, and she said it’s safe to lay low and do low intensity workouts like walking, swimming and yoga.
I was planning on taking a fight class that basically has me seeing stars anytime I do it, so I’ll take it easy instead.
